5 Ways to improve your physical health
DIET
- Bring lunch: Sounds silly but preparing your own lunch and bringing it is one of the best things you can possibly do
- Tread lightly with alcohol. 1 drink on the weekend gives every negative side effect that you can get with it. It is one of the biggest roadblocks people have on their health journey

Sleep:
- Waking up at the same time every day(even on the weekend, within an hour of normal time if anything) is crucial.
- Getting enough sleep is equally important to a healthy and sustainable life

Workout!!!:
- Lift weights(yes you can still do that, even if you are in a hard occupation
- Do movements that strengthen the areas of your body that do not get worked
- Do movements that stretch AND strengthen areas that do. Increasing your range of motion is also important
- Working out improves energy levels, and mood. ESPECIALLY when you’re tired
Drink enough water:
- Drink enough, but not too much. Somewhere around a gallon
- Peeing often and clear is not good, means you’re drinking too much or having other problems
- 16-24 oz for every lb of lost weight
- Energy drinks make it a lot harder to drink enough water, and they don’t count
Bonus: Get Bloodwork done:
- I say bonus because you can do it at anytime, for me personally, its the next step
- A very good thing to do and the only way to really figure out where you’re lacking
